Owned and operated by Peter Lawler, a qualified automotive electrical tradesman with over 20 years experience in the industry, Pete first began his business in ­­2005, working out of the back of his trusty Troop Carrier. He believed in arriving to any job with a full array of tooling and common parts, enabling him to provide cost efficiency, reliability, and above standard workmanship. This became the main ethos of the company and has continued to be what drives our customer service and job standard goals today.

 

Over the last 15 years, we have grown in small steps. Now run by Peter and his wife Krista, we have always focused on quality, not quantity. We believe each member of our team is integral to providing a total service for our customers. We now offer five fully qualified tradesmen and an apprentice, all with completely stocked work utes able to arrive onsite capable of completing a vast array of diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and specification work. And the Troopy continues to take pride in the fleet! We support these tradesmen with a complete parts store at our workshop base and three administrative support staff to continue the efficient and courteous customer service model from job enquiry to invoicing.
